IPPDC rates are based the complexity of the artwork submitted. If there is a difference of opinion with the selection of the Category for submitted artwork, you will be notified in the confirmation email, which is before you make your payment. If you're unsure about the Category, just email us the artwork and we will notify you in a return email.
